Academy Update: 2026 Cohort Dates, a New AI Track and Two Scholarship Slots

This is our termly update post, where we publish everything changing inside the academy so students and parents can plan ahead.

New cohort dates

The next virtual cohort opens in September, with a shorter holiday intensive running through the mid-term break. Both follow the same weekly rhythm: two live classes, one mentor review and a Friday demo.

A new AI and automation track

Students who have completed the coding foundation can now take a dedicated AI track covering prompt design, automation and responsible use. It builds directly on the habits described in our guide to using AI without losing the skill.

Two funded scholarship places

We are funding two full places this term for students who cannot afford fees. Applications are reviewed on motivation and consistency, not prior experience. Reach out through the contact details in our footer to start an application.

What is next

Parent progress reports move to a fortnightly rhythm, and demo days are now open to guests, so students can invite a family member or teacher. We will keep publishing every change here.
